[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /viewtopic.php on line 981: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Berlin' for 'CEST/2.0/DST' instead

I searched the forum here for something like this and could not find what I wanted.
Then after weeding through some unix tutorials I finally found what worked.
Just thought I would share this....

I found that displaying a log file in a shell window with something like;
"cat /path/path/yadayada/path/logfile.log"...
I would end up with only the top of the log file being displayed.

I found that this would display only the last 5 lines, as I wanted.
"tail -5 /path/path/yada/path/logfile.log | more"

Just thought this may be helpful for someone else.
