Upgrading from GeekTool 2 to GeekTool 3

Postby mrkrabs » Sun Aug 22, 2010 9:57 am

Hi,

Is there a way to upgrade from geektool 2 to geektool 3 without loosing all my stuff?

I've tried just installing geektool 3 and it appeared empty, with out my geeklets. Then, i've noticed that geeklets are stored in org.tynsoe.geektool.plist in version 2 and in org.tynsoe.geeklet.shell.plist in geektool 3. I tried replacing the file from geektool 2 and renaming it to org.tynsoe.geeklet.shell.plist and nothing work.

So again, the question is : is there a way to upgrade to geektool 3 without loosing all my data?

Thank you very much!
